Digital product development
Physical Product Development01
Design
Before starting product development, analyze the market and its needs. Research the target market to gain insight into competitor products, opportunities for improvement, available manufacturing technologies, required raw materials, etc. Use this information to define the features and design of your product.
- Logo What distinguishes you from competitors is your ability to differentiate yourself. The visual image of you that the client will always have in mind
- Brand book A manual of guidelines and definitions for developing new products
- UX UI Principal attributes and screen layout of a digital product. Presenting a working prototype to investors. Visuals speaks for us.
02
Specification
You will find that the specification (Spec) accurately describes the app, and serves as a blueprint for the app’s development. Many errors in the development process can be avoided once at this stage. Afterwads, you can obtain timetables, schedules, and a development budget.
03
Development
- Hiring the Right Team The correct kind of programmers can be selected depending on development durations, development budgets, and experience when the app's spec stage is finished and the ideal platform is decided upon.
- Product Development Front-end, Full Stack, and Back-End teams will all work on the development lifecycle at once. The project manager is physically present throughout the process, keeping a close eye on it.
- QA Before going live, it is necessary to do adequate tests for the process and identify any potential defects, depending on the specifications and complexity of the platform.
- Go to Market Uploading the app to the Google Play and App Store stores.
04
Marketing and Market Assimilation
- Pilot Assembling a test group of first-time users to gather user feedback and make necessary app adjustment.
- Modification after Pilot After ensuring the pilot program is a success, the app's actual marketing campaign starts. At this point, continuous app maintenance is necessary in order to meet the demands brought on by a higher user entry rate.
- Development of additional features After your product has begun to acquire traction in the market, it is vital to plan the addition of new features that will significantly increase the value they bring to your users.
