2009
Childhood Partner
The story of Alon and Ido starts at childhood, when they both attended the same school and grew to be best friends. They both understood early on in they were both had the entrepreneur mindset. As teenagers they had a hip-hop group in the city of Beer Sheva with which they performed on various stages. They were involved in the management of the band, managed relations with the dancers and the financial aspect. During the military service, Ido met Odia, who later became his wife, and they were also the ones who introduced Alon to his wife Merav.
2015
An idea is born
Alon and Avraham met in 2015 while living in the same neighborhood and discovered they shared a passion for entrepreneurship. Alon contributed knowledge from his time working as an Intel manufacturing calculator, and Avraham contributed marketing knowledge. They each independently supported startups in their respective industries.
2017
An idea Becomes Partnership
Alon and Avraham came to the realization that working together would give the entrepreneurs twice as much power and value in their consulting work. Every project needs technology, so it was necessary to have a second partner in the technology sector. As an engineer with a master's degree, Ido was unquestionably the best choice, and the three of them came together to form a partnership.
2019
From Partnership to Company
The successes increased along with the volume. It was essential to take action. The partners relocated from South Street in Be'er Sheva to Migdal HaShahar in Givatayim when the business became a limited company and went into operation. Itzik Lipsker, the former CEO of the $3 billion real estate management firm owned by the Mirilshalvili family, also joined the management team at the same time.
2020
Collaboration with Herzog and connecting a global company to Israel
In 2020 WeCcelerate constructed a partnership with Hertzog Fox Neeman, a trustee from the high- tech department, which later resulted in a business conference with Microsoft and the investment fund of Tel Aviv University. Additional objectives include developing a business plan for a defense company to bring cutting-edge technology to Israel and connecting with a global company in the field of project engineering.
2022
Establishing WeCcelerate Leumit and hitting $100M
The establishment of our subsidiary Leumit-WeCcelerate which specializes in startups in the field of medicine together with Leumit Health Services, to accelerate medical ventures while emphasizing data from the worlds of medicine, clinical studies, the FDA process and in addition, submitting a significant milestone from an idea to a 100-million-dollar venture within 5 years.
